SIMPLE NECK STRENGTHENING EXERCISE AND TECHNIQUE. CAN HELP ABSORB SHOTS TO THE HEAD BETTER AND CAN HELP PREVENT POTENTIAL KNOCKOUTS. IF YOU HAVE A FREE WEIGHT OR A KETTLE BELL AT HOME, THEN THIS CAN BE A USEFUL METHOD OF IMPROVING NECK STRENGTH.
