What a night of boxing last Saturday 22nd February with the Tank Promotion ‘Champions Return’ show at the iconic Meca, Swindon. Robert Clark showing what an absolute warrior he is battling it to the end against Danny Humphreys, but it just wasn’t his night. His left eye closed, so the ref had no choice but to stop the fight in the 4th round of a 5 round title fight. He is still a hero though as he managed to raise a lot of funds for Help4HomelessVetrans.
Daniel Beda won his debut fight v Ali Moore by TKO in the 2nd round when he caught his opponent with a left hook to the body followed by a big powerful right hook to the face.
Cameron Pridham managed to win another Welter-weight Title belt with a masterful display against Ferdinand Badu, despite getting bitten (yes, bitten) in the first round. The 15 long hard weeks of training paid off on fight night. He is now a 2x title belt holder with a record of 7-1.
Then the wrecking ball Charley Lawson unleashing three rounds of skill and power to get another win against Louis George. Big thank you to Rich Loveday and Tank Promotions for having us on another fantastic show. Massive thanks to the Graham Corker/Dan (& Jimmy) Stevenson/Simon & Julian plus the whole Ol’ Man Boxing Society Team for their fantastic support. We go again April 5th at the next Tank Promotions Show in Swindon. 🏆💪🥊
